I've been on Mercedes Shop for a couple years for a 107 SL. Probably the best site around for technical advice.

![]() well you really only need to thank RickM . . . He was the one who pointed me in the right direction a few moths ago. Now I'm a bit obsessed with finding an 107 SL. (RickM get blame for that

Heh heh...you beat me to it on this post.
Which variation of the 107 are you looking for? The manual Euro 500SLs are sweet and retain their value quite well. I've always been obsessed with the 113s but they're quite hard to find in good condition and affordable. To further steer me away from one is a potential "found in a barn" scenario which is unfolding as we speak. All I can say is very desirabe 50's American convertible in "mint" condition.

![]() 107 variant .. . I'll just say it's a light euro version with CIS. ![]() Keep us posted on the potential "found in a barn" scenario.

I have lots of old tech bulletins on paper for the older benz cars as well as access to the dealer "WIS" system for the new cars.
If your looking for any of this stuff just give a shout. Oh and the parts catalog too
