Civic Daily Driver?

Anyone have a daily driver? I'm thinking of a hybrid or natural gas powered car for my daily...I know the new Civics have these options and the SI coupe is supercute and sporty so I may try and test drive one this weekend. Here's a pic http://sema.honda.com Anyone drove one yet? Is it fast?

First post, huh?

Is this some new viral marketing thing Honda's doing?

"It's brilliant Mr. Takashi, I will pretend to be a female and infiltrate American car enthusiast web forums. I will post links to new Honda products and the sales will skyrocket!"

Natural gas may not be the bargain it used to be. Prices have been going up quite a bit.

Eewwww . . i just looked at that thing.

Who did the styling?

I mean if it's going to come from the factory with a black CF-look hood, and a big ol rear wing . . then Im sorry, but that little sculpted tail-pipe is ALL wrong.

Repeat after me "COFFEE CAN . . . COFFEE CAN"

Funny.

Like stepping onto the Culinary Institute of America's forum and asking how the new Burger King Angus burger is.

Yeah honey, it's fast. Stickers make it faster.

I'd like to think we all have an inner Mark that we can tap into at times like this.

Wow - a few potential double entendres in that sentence.

It looks like a nice Civic to me compared to all of the previous years. In the side view though, it looks like a Saturn. 1.8L and natural gas? Hmmm, sounds like it will be pretty slow. Good luck with whatever you decide.

If you drive a Honda, are a coffee can exhaust and blue headlights mandatory?
