Are you a right wing Christian conservative

Thanks to techweenie, I now wonder what the demographics of the board are.

Thanks for participating.

Yes...and I'm gunning for Hillary Clinton.

Since the libs can't see this thread...

Have we destroyed all evidence of a working electric car?

How's the campaign going to discredit global warming?

Did everyone get their Big Oil and Big Tobacco stipends? (Disguised as FEMA payments, of course.)

right wing-yes, conservative-yes, christian bible pounder-no (I consider myself a christian but not like fundamentalist whacko's that the left likes to pick on.)

The question would have to be rephrased before I could vote.

Tim- No, the question was worded specifically. I' like to know who is a rightwing Christian conservative.

Based on your reply, I'd think you'd vote No.

Yes, but I am a minority here...There are a lot of conservatives, granted, but few hardcore Christians.

All moving forward as planned...I don't know how the liberals cannot read this, but I believe everything I read from right-wingers so I will believe you.

I think Bush is an ok guy and the Bible is true (though the devil's in the details of the interpretation, no pun intended). Hmmm ... Guilty as charged, your honor.

I agree. It's just that someone on another thread claimed this board was predominately occupied by "right wing Christian conservatives". I disagree.

Maybe I'm way off base, but I think the question is too slanted for to gather any meaningful data. All but the most hard-core will vote "no." Its almost derogatory, the way its worded.

I would be interested to see the percentage of Pelicans that regularly attend a Christian church and consider themselves conservatives. My guess? 60-65%

You don't seem to realize that the poll is worded that way for a reason. It is a direct quote from someone who accused PPOT of consisting entirely of the subject matter.

Why does anyone need religion?

Why can't you just be a good person?

You don't need "religion"....

You don't need life vests on an overseas flight, you should just be a good swimmer.

P.S. Some of us believe that being a good person is not enough in itself.

Are you part of the "if you aren't baptised, you'll burn in hell" crowd?
