Sorry but they are called illegals because they are here illegally. Deport their A$$es out tomorrow and they would be lucky. There are those who want to shoot them and if they have broken any MORE laws I might just agree with this.

Considering that this illegal had just about all he needed to try and hijack a airplane it might be better that he be taken out and shot. Would be a very good message to those who are thinking that they should follow in his footsteps.

This is not a game here guys, they are trying to kill us and end our way of life!

Our way of life does not include law enforcement officials arresting someone, taking them out back, and summarily executing them. That's what was being advocated here.

You don't have to defend this guy's right to a trial by jury before he's executed. Just don't complain when you get thrown in jail, or executed yourself, because some cop thought you committed a crime.

Wake up people ... you don't defeat animals by becoming animals yourselves.

lol, sounds like rodeo's gonna be voting for Billary...

Rodeo, he is in this country illegally, and acting in a manner that can only be construed as terrorist-like.

HE HAS NO RIGHTS!!! HE SHOULDN'T FREAKIN BE HERE!!! Someone needs to surgically implant a bullet into his brain. They can do it the easy way, or the hard way. I promise not to complain either way.

Who decides to execute the guy?

the arresting officer?
the duty sergeant?
the district attorney?
or should we just vote to kill him based upon what we've read on the Internet?

Choose wisely ... you could be next

And yea I know that he is an illegal alien. We were talking about killing him, not deporting

There are two sides to that coin. You could be the next victim/casualty of a terrorist who slipped through the (loose) cracks like the guy in question obviously did.

I don't think Glandale AZ or New England are high up on any potential targets list ... but go ahead and be frightened that they will be marching down your main street like the KKK, killing everyone in sight ...
guess what , you have just lost to terrorism ...

Their goal is to make you so afraid, that you cannot function, therby your society suffers, and subsequently the strong USA get a little crumbled.
All, to bring light onto their cause .. whatever that may be.

I'm fine with a field decision made by the arresting officer. Of course, I am referring to either an FBI or CIA field officer, not a local PD. They have the appropriate training to identify a potential terrorist.

HAHA no, I won't be next. Unless I happen to match a description of a western european al quaida sleeper cell. And since I don't go into any other country illegally, I feel pretty safe.

Sorry rodeo, you aren't going to be successful convincing me to change my mind. I have seen what illegals do to our economy and our lifestyle. As far as I'm concerned, only LEGAL US residents have the protection of the Constitution. If you are here illegally, you have no rights. My dog has more rights than an illegal. That is the only way we will maintain this country's strength.

And I have felt this way for years. 9/11 did not make me afraid, it just exacerbated this issue beyond debate. Summary field executions for illegal aliens of middle eastern/north african descent. I can live with that. And the offending countries can establish similar laws for Americans. I feel 100% confident that I won't smuggle myself into one of their countries in the near future, or ever, for that matter.

Actually we could defeat them that way. The bigger animal will win. BUT I'd rather not live that way. Yes rule of law is the way, but then illegal immigration and the attendant behaviors must be dealt with swiftly , severely and permanently.

America, home of the free, land of the summary execution. Of course we'll make sure that the executioners are properly "trained." What kind of crazy country would let untrained killers loose on the populace?

You're right, trial by jury is highly overrated, especially if the person that shots you in the head has been trained to identify the guilty.

You've convinced me, let's defeat the intolerant killers buy becoming a country of intolerant trained killers.

That is the most irresponsible and inept thing I have read on this BBS in a long time.
Do you belong to the US NAZI party? Even if you consider they have no rights under the constitution, they have human rights, for chrissake! And you are talking about middle-eastern illegals in general, not even radical extremists. That makes you a racist, on top of being a red neck. If you are fine with this idendity, fine. Just know that in your own country, there are more civilized people. And thanks God, they are usually the ones in charge.

I think most people saw my statement for the tongue-in-cheek comment it really was. The point of it, just so I don't lose you, was that if it comes down to protecting my family OR protecting the rights of an individual whose very presence violates the law, guess who wins...

Praise the lord and pass the ammunition!

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

If you are a medium to dark skinned male with dark hair and dark eyes, do not, I repeat do not, dress as an airline pilot this Halloween.*

* Actually better steer clear of UPS, FedEx, and Greyhound uniforms also. And don't even think about fireman and police uniforms (no, not even the "Village People" kind).**

** You now what, just stay home. You may want to consider staying home a LOT, with the shades tightly drawn. Steeve's "trained" killers might make a mistake, unprecedented as that may be.

FWIW- I don't think this guy (the student) deserves the full right and privileges as our citizens.

I don't not believe the guy should have been taken out back and shot.

I think he should receive a fair and just military trial, and if found guilty, taken out back and hung - slowly. rope is cheaper than a bullets.

Definitions of hanging from the old days...

Death by hanging: Noose is on the side, and snaps the neck when the person is dropped.

Hung 'til dead: Noose at rear, which tends to "slowly" strangle the person.

I think the second one is what Skip suggests.

PS-Why can't I remember the trivia I need to? Instead, this kind of stuff stays in my mind.

If he is an enemy combatant on our soil posing as a student, he is a spy. Spies should be hung.

All I'm saying is let's make sure he is before we hang him. Not just for his sake, but for ours.

Rodeo,

One of my flight attendents was in training with the FA who was killed on the United 93 flight many years ago. The cockpit recording of this flight was just released to the media a few weeks ago.

I saw my FA downstairs the next day and she did not look good. Turns out that she listened to the tape on the TV and recognized the voice of her friend begging for her life before her neck was cut with a razor by the terrorists. To hear a friends voice in a situation like this is something that you will never forget.

Send the Middle Eastern guy in question who wants to "look like a pilot" but is not and has been breaking every law in the books the last 5-6 years here in the states here to Phoenix. There is a group of us who fly for a living who will be happy to give him a just trial followed by a speedy firing squad.

He gave up his rights when he entered this country and then started breaking laws, especially when it looks like he wants to hijack a airplane.

His choices at this point should be:

1. Sent to Gitmo for a long period in jail.
2. Pushed out of a plane over the desert (with a parachute) far from any civilization.
3. Send him to Phoenix and we will take care of him.

JoeA

PS If he does not want to come all the way to Phoenix I have flight crew friends in almost any city in the country who feel the same way and will be glad to help him.

Joe, good ideas. Only one problem though: parachutes are awfully expensive. I mean, I got corrected earlier for suggesting a bullet instead of a (reusable) rope. What if we just make sure he is wearing really baggy clothes? Would that be sufficiently humane?

I do like the Gitmo suggestion though...
