Grand Theft Auto and 911s

I was watching a clip on the morning news about the re-release of GTA to remove the sex scene code - horrors! Anyhow they were showing a guy stealing a car and in the background it looked like a silver mid year Targa with cookie cutters rolled by. Anyone else see this or do I have 911 on the brain?

There is a car on there that is very similar to a 911 targa. They call it a Comet. All the cars on there are knock-offs with little details changed.
