Funny story I called to sign up for traffic school today and got prompted by a recording first. It said to speak to someone in Korean press 4, Spanish 3, Japanese 2, and finally English press 1. Where the hell do I live that English is the last choice? It also sounded as my call was routed to India so I could speak English with Indian who spoke English as a second language.

I presume the recording instructing what number to push was in English?

Not long ago I stopped in at the DMV on Rosemead in Pasadena (my old neck of the woods), I was looking for a manual for the driver's test for a friend who needed to study for it. I could not find an English version! I found about six different languages except English. After asking two employees, I found a small pile off to the side on a shelf. sheesh
