Most RE Agents in CA are honest....and guess why???? In CA it's tooo easy to SUE one.... many are incompetent ....the day job is being a Hairdresser or Bartender...and they are out for a quick buck...

And it's real easy U talk to one...and if they do what they say they will...and you give them a 60 day listing or 90 days ...at 4% or 5% comish....and if they work for a BIg Co like Century 21.....you saee it's Cen 21 that is on the hook to be sued so they have incentive to keep things on the straight and narrow...

All the good property in Redondo is gone. Go Away.

Just kidding, I got the last good spot. Problem is, it moves 6 to 7 feet twice a day.

I have waterfront property. It floats.

I used to know a good RE guy. He retired and moved to Spain.

They get passed down from generation to generation. There is no villas left there - I got the last one

I don't know if he does RB but Matt Battiata sells huge here in North County San Diego. Give them a try.

A very good friend is selling, not buying. You may want to scoop it up though before someone else moves in to the area :)

Thanks, but I love it being on the water. Gated parking, 9 restaurants walking distance, great WiFi, great DISH, cool at night, no earthquake or brush fire threat. I am on the Tsunami warning net, and have enough water, food and fuel for 45 days. Enough ammo for several hoardes of liberals intent on spending my money before I can slip the lines and sail away to Mexico, where I will be the minority guest worker for a change.
