it wouldnt suprise me! I'm so sick of all this SUV crap. Car makers need to stick with plain old cars.

Aint that the truth! We need to dig a hole and drive all the SUVs into it then cover it up. Then start another hole for the "lifted 4x4" trucks that sit 10 feet high...

I saw this Spitfire on a ride a couple of weeks ago; top was down. The guy pulled up next to me at the stop sign, smiled and just said "dual sport!"

yeah, exactly. Take a plodding SUV platform from the Ford stable, add some vaguely remisiscent styling to current (ie Modeo)Jags , hark back to classic Jags in your advertising, and voila, new yuppie twit, born-to-shop accessory.
