Star wars collector cards

I found in my collection of junk from when I was little 55 stars wars baseball cards. Is there a market for them and what would I expect to get for them in reality. they seem nice to me but not new looking however in very nice condition

No, there is no market for them. But I'd be happy to take them off your hands

They're not worth much. I saw a complete set for sale on Craigslist recently. I checked Ebay for their value and was surprised how little they were bringing.

Any item that is described as "collectable" when new is probably not.

The items that gain value over time are things that few people thought to save.

Yep! Moses is right. Look at how much antique toys are worth!

Closed Ebay auctions are a good indicator of value:

Find a local shop that sells old comic books and collectibles. They can give you an idea of what they may be worth. They may also be interested in buying them or selling them for you on consignment.

eBay will show you what other similar items have sold for in the recent past and that's what you're really looking for, the amount of $ a willing buyer will pay for an item. eBay attracts alot of "collectors" so an item will generally attract some interest if it's "collectable" at all...
