The Umoe Schat-Harding Group has won another contract to supply lifesaving equipment to the world’s largest ship of its kind. Cosco’s 4 x 10,000 TEU containerships at Hyundai Heavy Industries in South Korea will have lifeboats with the Schat-Harding brand. Delivery will be in 2007 and 2008.

Previously, Schat-Harding has supplied to the world’s largest sailing cruise ship; Cunard’s “Queen Mary 2” and is also supplying to even larger ships under construction in Finland – RCCL’s Ultra Voyager series built by Aker Finnyards in Turku.
