A couple of ideas: autographing it will double it's value; including a copy of the finished book will triple it from there :)

Sounds like the basis for a track car. Pick up a wrecked E36 M3 and bring over the suspension and engine bits. I'd do it, but I already have a money pit track car.

Unless you hold out for a very specific buyer, probably right at market cause of you're history and experience with the car. A buyer would apprciate knowing exactly what they're getting and might be willing give you a bump for that.
