www.bodybuilding.com.

Use to bodybuild. Still go pretty heavy. I haven't used their forums but others have.

I sincerely hope you find what you are looking for. Personally, I have never been happier since I stopped "staring at the bar".

Thanks for the sites.

I am looking to start paying serious attention to my diet and nutritions again, and want to know what's out there now.

One of my goals in life is to keep my chest size bigger than my waist size. But it's getting harder.

Dude, I wouldn't rely on a BBS for that info...Just subscribe to Men's Health magazine...do aerobics three days a week and get in the gym for some anaerobic 4 days a week...Cut down hard on the sugars and carbs and eat right.

Well, I've know the basics. Been working 4xweek forever now, but on maintenance and a really bad diet.

I wanted to get a better hold of my diet, take supplement, and make the most of my workouts.

Then you are just looking for somebody to confirm what you already know?...lol...Dude, you know what to do.

Like I said, get a subscription to Men's Health. Start working on a 4 day split (whole body in four days, 1 day off, etc.)...You aint going far, as you get older, without making a life change to your diet...You can be in great muscular shape and still have a layer of fat that totally conceals your muscular fitness.

Figure out your resting metabolic rate and you'll be able to figure out what your intake should be. After that I would follow something close to a 40 30 30 plan.

The only supplements I would take are protein, multivitamin, and a b complex everything else is pretty much a waste of time/money
