That's cool.

Not made by Glock

It looks like an old pirate gun. They were made to be used as a club as well as a firearm.

Belgium is my guess...post 1840 and before 1870...since I can't determine the length of the barrels...I would say it is some kind of pocket pistol based solely on the fact that the triggers fold up and outa the way... It is a large Bore gun...that accepts shells...rimfire, centerfire, pinfire???

The breech back plate looks like it has a signiture. Here are some shots with various levels of enhancement.

Looks like French to me...

VINMAN 10-30-2005 03:14 PM

looks like it fires some kind of shotgun shell??

red-beard 10-30-2005 03:25 PM

I suspect it fires some sort of cartridge with a pin that it positioned upwards.

FrayAdjacent911 10-30-2005 03:29 PM

Definitely looks like some sort of pinfire weapon.

What is the bore inside diameter? That looks almost the size of a 12ga.

red-beard 10-30-2005 03:31 PM

.56 inches
