motorcycle battery charger
I need to keep my dirt bike battery charged, should I get a "Battery Tender" or "Battery Companion"? thanks

What you want is a constant voltage charger. Is usually the 'Battery Tender'.
A 'trickle charger' or a normal charger usually supplies a trickle (almost reguardless of voltage) and eventually boils the electrolyte away (ruining the batt).

Real dirtbikes don't have batteries

I use three battery tenders. Two for cars one for a bike (one for generator too). They have never let me down.
