Ideas for extra $5500 per month... anything legit as side business ideas??
As I am looking at new homes in NY..... I am looking for any ideas that would generate $5000- to $6000 per month additional income.
I am a business banker making decent money. Wifes a psychologist, doing well also. But we are looking for ideas on a side business that can produce some additional income. The idea of a hefty mortgage, and no extra money from current income to live on is a scary thought. I am even thinking of career changes in the financial world also. Anyone know of a business idea, or know a business owner that is hitting these numbers? ..or am I nuts?

well, you want the income in addition to your day job? With home much time to invest? If you figure out something let me know too since I'll soon be underemployed and taking a 50% pay cut. I'm going to try and make it up with consulting gigs and maybe some freelance.

 I can detail cars like a mad man, but it would need to be 5 $300 cars per week. Dont think I can get the volume. Maybe a professional car searching service?? Everyone comes to me already for my opinions on "good cars". .... Automotive consultation services??

Im sorry but the idea of generating 5 grand extra a month is lost upon those who dont even make 5 grand a month. Good luck to you hopfully NY is better than Michigan for economic ventures. |

Only job I know where you can make $5500 on the side is free lance website design. But you will be spending long nights in front on the puter.

Wall St is paying out big bonuses this year. The streets are liquid and money is flowing. Or you can hit on one of the big private property owners. Sheldon Solo always starts new blood at between 50-100% more than what the guy thinks he's worth.
