who knows about solvent-based printers?
 

I would like to have a windshield banner made for the car and the text on the banner will largely depend on the quality of the printer. I've been told that I need it done using a solvent-based printer. Not sure what it means, don't know if I want to, but if any of you can point me to a place that does, that would be great.
