my 911 totaled out and now thinking of this?

Well for me and automobiles i love everything. So i'm not sure where i want to go after the 911 so all the suggestions in the world is good to hear even if it is negative. I love a good conflict. So here is what i have driven in the past few years...

My first car

crashed that car so i decided to get a 84 mercedes 380sl, drove that for a few months and turned around and made a profit off it, which leads me to my poor car now..

and now the aftermath of stupid people

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads6/oakley+0171131484696.jpg[/img]

So i'm thinking of this, now i know its probably not everybodys type of car and some would say paint this thing and others would say whats up brother.. and i say go for it,let me hear it all.. the good and the bad.

so there are the ideas i'm working with now a few of those are for sale and a few that i could buy and you get the idea make something close like that.. sorry for the long post. .thanks

Well, you certainly are searching the spectrum! Not really seeing a general theme here...

Well, it seems performance is not a consideration so I say go with the one that looks best to you. Hope you are handy with the spanners though.

I like the look of that black truck. The lowrider is a little too pimp and the last hotrod - well that looks like someone covered a pram in superglue and drove it through a garbage dump.

The old truck is the one i want to go with its in arizona so its not too hard to get over here in hawaii.. The truck is on airbags so raising it/lowering the car is not a problem. it is a 54 ford f100, has a 302 fuel injected v8 in it. so its probably the same on gas as my car is and it can cruise over a hundred... The lincoln conti is also on airbags but located in mass, so that would be a nice cross country trip ahead of me. the other two are just two different ways looks i could go for.

Also if it needs to be cleared up, i'm not going to get rid of the 911, i think i'm going to keep it and fix up the body myself in my spare time. But the reason i'm looking is i need a daily driver.

And i know here is more comments one of these cars for a daily driver. so call me crazy i like to be one a kind on the streets even if its to the grocery store.

if i could find a truck like this.. that would be sweet.. its flawless..

I wouldn't get anything with an exposed engine if your still going to the bar

I like all kinds of cars too, and Rods are a favorite.

I can see you like a short bed truck. Something to consider might be like the one I drive and bought new, NFS though.
It's a short bed 1995 Reg. Cab Chevy Silverado PU 5.7 V8. All the comforts and they look sweet without to many mods. Pretty good on fuel and sound nice with some flow masters.

And their cheap IMO, But hard to find with the 5.7 from what I've been told. Their good for over 200K miles.

None of the things you are looking at are good daily drivers. The 911 barely is. Frankly it seems that the 911 is the odd ball in your car tastes. Sell the 911 and go with your true passion.

i could show you pictures of rsr and widebody 911 all day long and thats what i would want to change my 911 into.. but it would take a lot to make that happen.. so just fixing it up back to a sc is how its going to be.. but i love my 911 and the way it handles.. its great. but none are good daily drivers.. thats kind of why i'm glad i live in hawaii, just go in a circle and we only drive a few miles at a time.

I dont think that the Ford Pick up will pass the CandC Mod Squad guys so that you can get a safety sticker.
Go to Speedhawaii.com and post the photo for Kalihi Cop and see what he thinks.

It is a nice ride, and my previous car being a lincoln, i'm a fan.. but its in mass and i'm in hawaii.. so if the truck doesn't work out and i can score a good price with the conti.. then i see a road trip happening..
