The Imperial Palace car collection once sported a Capone owned Cadilliac...my guess this is the same car.
I have seen a James Bond DB5 at the Peterson Car Museum in LA... Also back in the 60s Nudie used to do up Cadilliacs with Colt SAs and cow horns etc...

Everyone calls it a DB5, but its really the last DB4 that was built. It was part of a publicity campaign to debute the DB5. Other than the ID tag under the hood it is indistinguishable from a DB5 for all intents and purposes.
