rise over run!, here your x is actually z.

If I lower my suspension 10% will I go even further?

Or, if "Y" is longer (taller), would that make the run shorter because the "X" (time) would take as long to bring to the apex (climax)?

I guess size does matter...

A^2 + B^2 = C^2

3^2 + 4^2 = 9 + 16 = C^2

C = 5

anyone ever see the proof that the short distance between a set of points isn't a straight line? I had it years ago in Jr HS but I can't seem to recall it now...

Now that you know where "x" is, you can't determine it's velocity.

Based upon an old tribal legend: "The son of the squaw on the hide of the hippopotamus is equal to the sons of the squaws on the other two hides."
Would I lie about a thing like that?

X is an unknown, it is implied that x requires solving because x is not an interger but a value to be asigned. Find x or locate x or determine x are define x are all the same when taken in the spirit of the equation in the relm of math geekdom.

I still stick to my original answer which is x = 5cm!

Don't be pull'n this "define 'is' " Clinton *****. What is, is...
