Seriously though, I wouldn't want their job for anything in the world, and MOST of them are good guys doing a tough job and have my upmost respect. I always "Yes sir"/"No sir" too, and more often than not, I've been given a break over the years. I absolutely think that's a better approach. On the other side of the coin, I've also had an officer lie in court about how an event occured (he didn't need to, I was going to plead guilty, but he didn't know that at the time), so I see both sides...
