ANother LV Aquaintence Makes the Newspaper

Well I've told you Boyz all bout my Construction Defect case and its outcome...now I got an epilog chapter for you now...

My RE Agent on this house one Caralynne Rudin is a close friend of Governor Kenny Guinns wife. Recently the Governor Guinn appointed her to the Taxicab Authority...her qualifications are that she has been a RE Agent and Insurance Broker for over 30 years, goes to church regularily and has "presumably "riden in a taxicab....

However this is not all as good as it seems...You see in July of 2003...Ms Rudin was investigated by the RE Commisssion for fraudulently cashing checks and kicking back the money in the form of loans to one Carol Swaner Of Old Republic Title of NV. Ms Swaner was convicted of a Felony and agreed to pay restitution to Old Republic Title Co of NV for $446,000.00 Ms Rudin for her part was fined $20,000, had her license suspended for 3 months and had to take a RE Class entitled "What every Licensee should know." I think Ms Rudin had allready taken the NV version of that class....

and if thats not enough Ms Rudin is set to go to trial on NOv 28th as a Defendaent in a Civil Action....It seems that Lowenbrau Brewery gave her $90,000.00 to help them to open a signature Brewery in the Las Vegas outlet Mall and she "failed to render" them her services... Oh well, thats LV for ya....

Now if I'm not mistaken MS Rudins 3rd husband one Jack Rudin was shot to death on his front porch...her 2nd husband is the owner of Jim Marsh Chrysler and Jeep as well as collecting various Hotels, Bars and Casinos around the State of NV....in other words he is RICH...

However my recollection of Ms Rudin is a bit fonder, after all she does have an Airdale named Baby, and she was informative in my conversations with her as to how things are run in NV.....
