There are hundreds of them at really good deals too, what's up with that?

I think people are buying them when they have special sales, that then flip them on ebay.

Check out fatwallet.com/forums, check out hot deals and put in Dell.

They could also be the new Nigerian scam.
BEWARE anyone trying to purchase cell phones from ebay lately. My wife discovered some pretty scary scamming going on while doing some searching.
