Nor does yours. But this is why I started the thread; to get comments and opinions from others regarding the executive order which "may" be unconstitutional. Maybe to get a discussion amongst our community regarding where that dividing line lies for the average citizen.

The fact that they did nothing is irrelevant. Though it is perhaps in poor taste, there is nothing illegal about having PLO scrawled on your notebook, or in having photos of suicide bombers on your cell phone. If there is not more to the story, then what grounds did they have for questioning him? I really do not know enough of the details of the event, but I would say it depends upon how and why they questioned him. Do you have a link to a detailed account of the event?
