About selling on Ebaymotors - fancy templates

Hi,

I'm thinking about listing my 95 968 on Ebay. I started working on a listing and description but it just doesn't look like a good advertisement for the car.

Could a fellow Pelican recommend a "template" or "listing service?"

Thanks.

Chuck

Check out Wayne's Ebay listings--they're incredible.

Yep, check out ebay's service for this at "www.carad.com". I used it and was pleased with the results.

When the template is too fancy I think slick dealer. It's one thing being a used car dealer in real life but a used car dealer on Ebay takes the cake.

Not that I'm against well designed ads

Yeah I'm not aiming for "too fancy," just coherent. And it's too cold for the bikini girls to pose with my car...so I'd like to put together a decent advertisement.

Do you have a link or the specific Ebay seller ID name?

When I search "Wayne" I get Wayne's World paraphernalia...

Of course, it didn't meet reserve so I guess it wasn't that good.

I don't know if I could store that many pictures on my digital camera...then there's the patience required to upload them all. Wow is right.

Yep, very vague description that is hard to read. Not much detail about what has been done to the car or it's current condition. And of course the afformentioned lack of pics...
