I received the Hot Meaty Goodness this evening....and the taste of the tangy sauce is still upon my lips. UMMMMM I love hot meaty goodness as it slides down my throat....

I didn't know that Pulled Pork has a green caste to it...and those crunchy pinenuts are an excellent addition. Very flavorfull if I might add.

Whenever we do suckling pig, I always eat the cheeks and neck/jaw meat. IMO it's some of the best flavored.

MMMM...I only had a taste last night....but this stuff is good especially with the vingar based sauce...THANKS DTW it turned out allright the green caste was only on the top layer... I'm only kidding about the green stuff...but those pinenuts are moving now...
