even jezus wasn't born on this exact day for those who actually do believe in jezus

if xmas spirit is putting up a fake happy face because it's supposed to be so, and then getting suckered into buying stuff just because everybody else does...then no , i'm not in to xmas

i'm pretty positive all year round, but this time of year i'm gettting pretty much fed up with all the hypocritical *****e... bring on 2006 and be done with it.

The guys at GOOGLE are a bunch of hard-core Christmas-haters. I sent them an e-mail last year about their policy of ignoring Christmas. They actually responded with some crap about "inclusiveness", as though putting a Santa Claus logo on Christmas would piss any sane person off. The impression I got is that they weren't ignoring it because they wanted to be PC, they actually enjoy going out of their way to "dis" Christmas.

cool to know that I wasn't the only one who was at least slightly annoyed with this. I figured perhaps they would do a "christmas" theme at least for the 25th, but no dice. pretty weak if you ask me

Yeah, I was thinking that the cat & mouse pulling on those two electric cords were going to at least plug in a set of lights. No harm, there. But an electric treadmill? And the cat then rejoicing?
My paranoia tells me that the punks at Google projected their own smugness into this.
