Wanted to try a cayenne pepper sauce on whole chickens, rotisserie style. It's all the rage over here. My friend does it beautifuly. But, he or she or they're working. What!

I also missed the local fireworks display, I fell asleep. Oh well, Labor Day is my kind of day. A belated happy Fourth, aloha, Neal

had drama in tacoma. while watching fireworks on puget sound from a friend's cliffside house 70 ft. above the water, an errant illegal firework launched by the nextdoor neighbor started a brush fire that threatened my friend's home.

we tried feebly to put it out with two garden hoses, no sucess. this was almost 10 minutes of smoky hell while embers were falling all over, until the puget sound fireboat came over and proceeded to douse the whole cliffside with saltwater. fireboat 1, fire 0.

fire is bad.

I'm not sure if the content of this discussion is suiting to the Pelican BBS... http://www.pelicanparts.com/ultimate/wink.gif

PS: I feel offended by the word "NAKED", perhaps you should program the software to replace it with "when not wearing any clothing items", or maybe just the universal *****? I'm usually with you, but had to take advantage of this one, sorry.

i agree with ahmet. why is the moderator/dictator condoning the use of illegal fireworks and naked pool parties. is he some kind of twisted individual?

kripes, shaun says boo, and its deleted, now the moderator/dictator is suggesting that illegal firework use and unabashed public nudity is encouraged in this forum.

this is unbelievable, I am totally appalled.

Planter91C2 07-06-2001 07:50 AM

i certainly hope p0r2chby/bubba100's son isn't being exposed to this horrifying debauchery, the poor kid will be showing up at next years 4th of july party with no clothes on.

Planter, 1.2, thanks for your concern.

We had an excellent 4th. I was unable to be with my son, His mother has him for the most of the summer. I am sure he had a good time and will return with all digits in place. My youngest son was in fact quite NAKED. It was very hot, he got cool.

We took our BLACK 944 over the hill to the beach and then proceeded up the coast to half moon bay. Then back over to 280 and down to SJ for a late afternoon BBQ. Enjoyed eating some cow and a bird or two, then off to the fireworks downtown. All in all, a nice pleasant day

Matt, sorry, I know you would prefer me to not respond to this but in the spirit of the holiday, I thought it would be OK to share a bit of my family.
