it's okay...it found many of my pelicanparts posts, but none of my 3000gt, mr2 or acuraclub ones.

Thanks for the reply. I did a search (advanced search) under your user name and your right a lot of stuff came up that you posted on Pelican Parts. I went to AcuraClub and did a search for Blackfoot and found nothing. Is your user name the same on AcuraClub? I guess the real advantage in our search is the speed in which you search threads. I am worried that our site did not help you out in searchs. Please let me know your user names on other boards so I can look into this problem. Thanks much. Scott

acura club i was blackfootgsr i think, but that was over a year ago that i posted, so may be gone or unsearchable.

Thanks for the reply. I did some looking around on my site www.boardreader.com and I found some answers for you. First on http://board.mr2pages.com great site and our indexes did not register this site. I talk with them and I should have them idexed next week sometime. I use to have a mr2 they are great little cars. Anyway as for www.3si.org another great site which we have indexed in our database all you have to do to find your posts is do a catagory search (regular search in automotive) in LOUNGE under the keyword Blackfoot. The way are search works is in order to search for a specific item we can only search in Topic catagories. The reason for this is so that we can keep our site speed up for those of us on 56K. Later we would love to do overall searchs in all catagories but right now that is impossible ($ and time). Lastly at Acuraclub which is also a site that we search your user name is no longer valid therefore blackfootgsr doesn't come up in any catagory. I hope this helps. It has helped me learn about my own site.

My username only apiers some 500 times witch is only the pelican boards. I miss rennlist, PCA potomac, shoptalk, bat as well as some others very wide spread and the german boards http://www.pelicanparts.com/ultimate/wink.gif
