BBQ Roast Red Pork
Today I'm making Roast Red Pork on my Big Green Egg. I took some Boneless Country style ribs and marinated them in a Package of Roast Red Pork Marinade overnite. Then I placed the Red Roast Pork on the Big Green Egg at 250*....

Nostat - I've had that sauce! Thats some good stuff. Heck, you can even mix it with white rice and it tastes great.
Thats a heck of a plate - looks like a date plate. So unless I'm mistaken, we might not hear from you for a few hours.

Our 6 year old made us dinner and served us tonight. I have no idea why but he had it in his head that he wanted to wait on us. OK. He started off with a "drink" which was a banana/apple/white grape juice medley which he blended. He actually came up with the drink idea all on his own and did it all including seeding the apples. It was actually pretty good. I ended up drinking half of my wifes and pretty much all of the 3yr olds.
Dinner was cereal - a choice of Cheerios, Frosted Mini Wheats or Reese's Puffs Cereal. Attempting to be healthy I opted for the Cheerios. Dessert was interesting. He took sundae dishes and at the bottom filled them with chocolet sauce and then filled the rest with Reese's Puffs cereal. He actaully cut one in half and buried in one of the desserts and told us that the one who found the Reeses Puff thatwas cut in half won a candy cane. This is what a 6 year old vegan wanna be serves his parents and lil sister for dinner.

Took some of it and chopped it into cubes, added some frozen mixed veggies, an egg and some left over rice to make Fried Rice... Hmmm I think I was Polish in a former life....
