I went to the Guggenheim Museum Las Vegas tonight. I opened Sunday to the public. There are two parts, the Guggenheim and the Guggenheim Hermitage. I went to the regular Guggenheim.
The current display is the Art of the Motorcycle. It was phenominal. There were so many motorcycles on display. From old steam powered motorcycles from the 1800s, to a Daimler wood motorcycle to modern superbikes like the MV Agusta 4VS. They had every make of bike you could think of, NSU, Harley-Davidson/AMF, Peugot, Daimler, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph, etc. Unbelieveable. I want to go back to take pictures, but they are not allowed. ![]() This Thursday I'll probably go to the Guggenheim Hermitage and see the classic works of art by Cézanne, van Gogh, Kandinsky, Picasso, Matisse and others. If you come to Las Vegas...you HAVE to go to this. It is at the Venetian and tickets are $15 and well worth it. http://www.guggenheimlasvegas.org/index.html -Kierf. --'79 Prelude. --preludeparts.com [This message has been edited by Kierf - ¿§?
