Anyone close to Sultan, Washington? Northeast of Seattle?

Wasn't much money, but were parts that were incredibly hard to find. The seller went from 100% feedback (when I bought and paid) to all red in a span of 2 weeks. Has been my experience that PayPal 'guarantee' is worthless. I am close to getting on a bike (I have 10 days off) and taking a ride, equipped with aluminum bat. The only thing stopping me is the snow in the passes on I-5, haha.
