So, we have been here for only a few months. Wifey is putting herself "out there" much more than I am. She has been asked to coffee 3 times now by seemingly nice ladies wanting to make acquaintances with my her. Yep....all 3 are Mary Kay chix. My wife is a bit jaded now cuz she was hoping it was genuine, but no, just a d@mn sales pitch. Reminds me of Amway folks, Jehovahs Witnesses, etc.....anyone who pretends to like you or wants to get to know you under false pretenses....... They should get a clue, my wife is beautiful WITHOUT makeup

Guess the pink Caddy is still the holy grail....

Next time, maybe she should pull out some papaer and start drawing the Amway circles. And bring a stopwatch to see how fast they scoot out of there.

Thats a new one. Usually they approach my wife and tell her they would love her to model for them. A great tactic to suck you in and buy lots of product.

I had a guy at work pull the Amway thing on me... seemed like a bright guy too... so when he asked me if I wanted to go into an Internet business with him I though "sure".

I liked him so I used great restraint to keep from rolling my eyes and tell him to F off.

You think my friggin co-workers could have warned me

I was really surprised when about 5-6 years ago a guy that I had interviewed with for a legitimate job then later approached me for Amway. I didn't even know that crap was still around.
