I am thinking hard about getting a Solstice/Sky... but I'm going to give them a few years to work out the bugs

Still can't decide if I prefer the retro Solstice or modern Sky styling.

Interesting, the roofline reminds me of an M coupe. I think a fastback roof style would suit the Solstice nicely as well. Maybe a CS-esque lightweight version?

Scott, you think of the Solstice as retro? It's simple curves somewhat remind me of classic Jags, but I would think of it as a modern car, as compared to the Mustang that uses obvious styling cues from the past.

Yes, I think it looks a little like old Jags, I think they were D types? Always loved the look of those, I think there is a guy in S. Cal that makes them from a combo of old and new parts.

Sigh.....I wish BMW would do a Z4 'wagon'. I always loved the Z3, but I think I was alone in that opionion...

Yeah, the D is a beautiful car. The early E types have some nice curves as well.
