The only way I know (and I am not an IT person) to clear the drop down list (arrow at top right of page) is to go into the control panel/internet settings (or something like that) and clear the history. this will take care of the drop downs.

If you mean favorites, right click.

Hope that helps :)

Depends on which browser.

Which browser? In Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox, just clear the history - there's options in the various preferences places. In IE, same thing, but in "Tools..." then "Internet options"

It's in the settings.

Go to Safety, Settings, Main Settings, Toolbar Settings, and click the "Clear History Now" bar. There is a setting on that menu that cleans the 'history' every time you shut AOL down. Sounds like that's what you want. The wife will never know you've been looking at the bootleg vid of J. Lo's butt.

Just use CCleaner

It'll clear all your crap out.

andy,

thats the thread i was thinking about!

thanks sooooo much!

now... to the cleaning! hehehehehe!

Alexander, you may find that AOL keeps it's own records separately. If that doesn't work, the menus I gave you will clean the AOL history from within AOL.

Dood, just don't visit the porn sites :) Now, if you load up Google and your data is saved in the search bar, you'll need to clear your form data as well.. Learn to cover your tracks, boy.....
