Try this
I found this on another forum:
Sitting in your chair, lift your right foot off the ground and begin twirling it clockwise. While twirling your foot, lift your right hand up in front of you and "draw" an imaginary number 6. Your foot will change direction EVERY time.

OMG! I have now spent the past 15 minutes trying to do this and have developed a great case of shin splints! My calfs are buring and now 16 minuets of my life has been completely wasted.
Upon my death bed I shall curse you Kang for a lost 16 minutes! (it is way cool though...)
