Milking the system

I was talking with a buddy that works for Bellsouth. He is still on 13 days on 1 off 14 days on 1 off schedule. He has been since October. While his paychecks are great, he is getting run down and is unsure he can keep up the pace. He is in his 50's.

Why all the hours? Bellsouth is still tapping the Hurricane relief funds from the government.


I have also noticed there are still lots of power crews in town from other states, primarily North Carolina. It would seem Florida Power and Light is doing the same milking.
