OK, sorry to mislead you slightly but I was listening to Bill and Bob, or Mike and Mark,,,,,maybe it was Mark and Brian. Yeah, that was it, Mark and Brian.
Anyway, they had a picture from the internet news about a 2 million dollar very rare Farrari and a 250K Lamborghini that crashed while street racing. Both drivers were 17 year old girls. One's father was a lawyer (OK, she's aquitted) and the other's father owned the exotic car dealership where the cars were 'borrowed'. Anyone hear about this? Can anyone post the address where this picture is? I gotta see it.

Nope, that's not it, but thanx anyway. This was supposed to have happened within the last couple of days, and I thought he said Park City, but I haven't found anything on that. I'll keep looking and if I find it, so will we all.

This was it, originally posted by Kach....
http://www.angelfire.com/wa3/daily_article/ ![]() ![]() Two if the world's rarest exotic cars, The Lamborghini Murcielago and the newly introduced Ferrari Enzo, crashed today in the Park Cities area while street racing. There were a total of 5 teens involved. The Lamborghini apparently was driven by minor Courtney Shannon, daughter of Danny Shannon the owner of a large exotic cars dealership. The Ferarri Enzo, the world's rarest car, was driven by Rabecca West who's father is a prominant attourney. Both girls are of age 17. Three males, Andrew Lambert, Chase Shannon, and a third who's name has not yet been released, were passengers. Both females and two males are conditioned as stable, while the third male is conditioned as critical. All 5 were taken to Presbyterian of Dallas. Rand Allemond says "I saw the yellow one coming down the street and make a sharp swerve-like menouver and turn sideways while the other ran into it. Then they both slid into two other cars and that's when I ran inside to get my wife and call the police". The Lamborghini is valued at $280,000, and the Ferarri is valued at more then $2,000,000.00. For more information on this accident and others, Check local pages at CNN.com or watch CNN LIVE tonight at 7:00pm.

Wow.
I think I'd be disowned if I did that with my mom's 10 year old Volvo, never mind an Enzo. |

I call HOAX!
Seems like the story is made up. They do not release the names of minors that are involved in criminal activity. Plus the link is an angelfire link... Just searched CNN.com - there's nothing about it there. -Z.

When I was in high school, one of the kids I knew got grounded for two weeks after he drove his dad's 911 (kept in the hangar behind their house) into his father's plane's landing gear.
I always thought that if my father owned either one of those things and I was in the same room as either, I wouldn't be alive today.

I don't have a landing gear, but if my son did that, he'll be on foot to a distant job site to pay for the car and airplane repairs. However, for your friend's family, maybe grounding for 2 weeks is considered really harsh punishment. Sherwood |

Highland Park is the Beverly Hills of Dallas and 5 minutes away from me. If anything like that had really happened, it would have been in news for weeks.
Speaking of Lambos, I heard a convertible Murcielago last night shifting through the gears at redline. holy *****, what music!!!!
