The Spanish flu killed 500,000 Americans in 1918. It could happen again. Apparently the flu virus constantly mutates and occationally a very deadly one is created.
Don't worry, Bush has a plan to quarantine the sick. He made this plan after reading the book "The Great Influenza". |

Hi friend
I remember there were worries about an pandemic, remember the movie Outbreak, There were concerns about it going airborne and becoming more contagious. I remember reading a book about it at the time, Bird flu sounds pleasant in comparison. use tamiflu for removing bird flu infection, for more tamiflu information see- http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s3353-s-tamiflu.aspx use it. |
Actually got a briefing on Bird Flu today. Suffice to say the news ain't good. The current Avian Flu has all of the virulence properties of the 1918 strain that caused the Flu Pandemic and is only one more mutuation away from being able to undergo human to human transmission...
But don't worry, Slakjaw...it's all a bunch of hooey. |
