Which just makes me ask....
rant_mode() When are people going to get serious about privacy and cryptography? When? When are people going to realize that as more and more functions of life and business are carried out on electronic mediums, that these functions of life and business need to be secured? Is this ever going to happen? Why would you EVER EVER EVER leave copies of your tax information on your PC IN PLAIN TEXT? Or your "love letters"? Or your other financial information? Or business related information? It is not just the threat of someone taking over your computer from a-far, data mining through virii or worms or crackers busting systems wide open. SOMEONE COULD JUST AS EASILY STEAL YOUR PHYSICAL COMPUTER! Awhile back on the news it was reported some FBI agents computer got stolen at an airport. Which should be no bigdeal if the data was properly secured, which I'm sure it wasn't. I apologize for ranting, especially if it seems at first to be off topic. But I assure you it isn't. More and more people are using the computer for more and more sensitive things. I have no symphaty for you if you don't properly secure your digital information. Would you leave your car unlocked, all the time? With the keys in it? Would you leave your house unlocked with a welcome mat? Chances are high that you would do none of the above, at least not for any prolonged period of time. So why leave your digital data unlocked? All my important semi-important data is secured with a 2,048 bit key. I'll give my data to anyone. Because you'll never crack it. If you do anything personal with your computer, please, visit thePGP Corporation. It's fast, easy to use, and secure.

I did a search on Google for their own progam.
Mesaage at top of my page says: Your cookies seem to be disabled. Setting preferences will not work until you enable cookies in your browser. Good - I'm going to keep it that way. If you want to redo your settings so the govenment knows you are not a threat, click below. If you do not click they will automaticly know you are a traitor, and the department of Homeland defense will take you to that camp in Cuba which Rumsfeld said is just like any other Caribbean resort - you should be so lucky. From Google - the "Don't be Evil" company. http://desktop.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=32889&topic=1420 Quote:
