If the article linked on Ferrarichat is accurate, this dude is major bad news, has a conviction in his home country for counterfitting and was the perp of a major investor fraud here.

As if he needed to crash a car at major high speed on a public road while drunk to prove he's an a hole. We need to bring back public ridicule in the stocks at the town square.

Looks like the Driver's side door hasn't been opened. So the driver likely scooted over and exited from the passenger side door.
