Severed Male Body Part Brought To Local Store

I am not sure a really get it, and maybe I should read the article...but to sum things up, the woman wanted to use the fake penis to pee for a drug test, which would have required her to impersonate a man at the same time. And even then, I still don`t understand the cooking of the penis...but I am not the sharpest pothead either...These guys evidently, like Dubya, know what they are doing http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/men_ani.gif
