Ok, my wife and I have been known to tear up the dancefloor from time to time, so we both enjoyed this show. (Dancing with the Stars.) We watched all of the episodes this year. There, I said it.

My comments: Stacy's physique is unbelievable, as is her dancing ability. I guess wrestling has a way of keeping you in shape.... But she's been dancing since she's been a little girl. But dang - those legs - they seem to stretch forever. Drew is a fantastic dancer too - as they said in the show - he's a strong lead. And their respective partners were very well matched.

Notice how in the show they never reveal how the 'public vote' is factored? And they never show the final scores? Based on that alone, I feel the show is rigged. That said, had it been my choice, I would have been hard pressed between Stacy and Drew - perhaps a tie would have been my final call. When doing the technical dances, like the Quick Step and Paso Doble - both were spot on.

And I gotta give it to Jerry Rice - he's had virtually no background in any form of dance - and for him to progress as quickly and solidly as he did - props to him!

And I truly feel sorry for the lady assigned to "P Miller." You could see her frustration throughout the whole show. That's too bad - cause she was one fantastic dancer.

Wonder if they are going to have another 'dance off' this summer. It would be interesting to see Drew go head to head with Stacy.

Totally agree, Z. No doubt that Stacy was spectacular eye candy, and a really natural dancer, but I suppose I like the less mainstream, exotic look of the brunettes like Cheryl and the one you mentioned, P-Miller's partner. Maybe it's because I'm only 5-10", but I can't see Stacy with anybody under 6-5".

I also agree that it is fixed. I appreciated Jerry Rice's efforts, but I thought he didn't improve enough to stay as long as he did, and it became unfair to those who did. I thought Lisa and the journalist who left earlier should have stayed longer.

Yep - I totally agree: both Lisa and the journalist had dancing talent. But to me, Lisa's over-enthusiasm was a bit annoying. And the fact that they had P-Miller around for so long - geez - that guy looked like Frankenstein thumping around.

Hoo boy - I sure hope my track buddies don't read this, or else I'm in for it at the next DE event! :eek:
