I saw one of these at the Seattle Bike Expo a couple weeks ago. Not a bad looking bike if you like look of big fat welds.
Probably rides like an I-beam.

Fortunately none of the Tour de France contenders on this forum have to worry about their sponsors making them ride this bike.
