Help!! so what buttons do i push when starting up so i can boot from a disk?
as the subject says! Im trying to reinstall xp but because i have sp2 and the disk has sp1 it won't auto run. but i don't know how to interupt the startup and boot off the disk....can anyone tell me what i push?

F8 while booting will give you a boot selection menu, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.
To boot from the cd-rom, you'll need to enter the BIOS (usually keying "delete" while booting) and change you boot sequence to search for the CDROM as the 1st boot device. |
