poll one: early - mid-year cars

someone asked the question. now it's time to find out. vote for your favorite year 911. hint: if your fave isn't in this poll, find it in one of the other two polls that have your car. it will take three polls to include them all, but then we'll have some 'hard data'.

mods...is there a way to make these three polls a sticky? i would have made only one if i'd had an option for more than 15 choices at a time..

you '73 guys..always making things so complicated..even demand to have 'two separate years' for your car!

I voted for the '73 by default as I think all models to the '89 can be personalized easily with enough parts money.

so far, a distribution building around the '72 model year isn't too surprising..

I hate to bear bad news, but people are generally very poor at following directions. You will have lots of us voting in ALL 3 polls, because many will think we're supposed to vote for the favorite year within each poll. No matter how much you drill the instructions, that is what will happen. That said, I'm waiting for your 3rd poll......

dave..i know you're correct about that. unfortunately, you're only allowed a maximum of 15 choices in any given poll. i just tried to do the best that i could with a brief explanation..not overly scientific, just to see. the third poll is out there.

This is a forum not the MCATS, you cant expect everyone to read the whole question before answering. It would have been better to make clearer, bolded instructions before handing out the polls.

BigChill that wasnt towards you! It takes balls for trying to make this work. I was just being sarcastic and then offering to try fix it if one was to do it over.

Let us vote in all three polls...then do a "poll-off" with the top five results in each poll....there is your winner.

hi doug..should be able to determine a favorite based upon the raw numbers alone. besides percentages, it shows number of votes. i'd probably just examine all three and see which car has the highest total. but, now as i think about it, your idea is a good one. or maybe make a poll for each: early, middie, sc, c, c2, h20. well, maybe i'll make a poll to determine what poll needs to be done next..

it's just 'vote for your favorite' time. i would have made a single poll if i would have been allowed to put all the choices in one..sorry. obviously, we have people who have chosen one of every year as their fave..
