Funny, I WAS going to make a, "Don't go all 'Brokeback' on me" kind of comment. I'll abstain.

By the by, I hooope you have some killer pumps to go with that faaabluous gold metallic paint job, Rhino!

(Okay, okay I'd better shut up)

Cat Scratch Fever

Man, you guys got me laughing hard, I am glad this is not an uptight serious forum (I already got my balls busted once for bad grammar and I am a newbie). By the way, I am a major cat lover, can recognize humor when I see it, but I do worry about some people.

So spare the cat and fix the paint.

I used to drive a Ford F150 that had horse teeth marks in the hood. Never did fix it.

Redemption is only a paypal donation away (choose whichever one applies to you):

I fed my wife's horses (while it was raining), is that enough for redemption or is cash the only option???

I think good acts always trump a cash contribution. As their caretakers, it's really your duty to feed them as you took on that responsibility when you got them. Hmmmmm... I guess it depends on if you were nice to them, and maybe how cold it was. Was your life in jeopardy? If so, I think you could say that qualifies.

Jeopardy??? Figure two 1200 Lbs animals that are cold, wet, hungry, have the brain the size of a grapefruit, and I have the food. The math is not looking too good for me.

Alright, I'll leave it alone. Ryan you look like you could kick my 51 year old ass all over the joint and twice on Sundays. Better to have you ON MY SIDE than annoyed even if you are 1000 miles away!

toolman 03-20-2006 03:27 PM

Ya Know, most of this thread has nothing to do with the topic.

Jim Smolka 03-20-2006 03:36 PM

toolman,

You are correct, we never talked about how to fix the cat. I guess that is best left to the animal doctors.

Joe Bob 03-20-2006 03:41 PM

I sentence all of you to hang from the neck until you get the ******* joke....

JackMan 03-20-2006 03:52 PM

OK, that's it. Kill the thread or the Cat's dead.

End of story.

LOL.

Sell the cat to a chinese resturaunt and spend the $$ on poishing compound

Gunter 03-21-2006 06:04 AM

Greek Philosophers knew about the nuisance 2000 years ago.
Was it Socrates, or Plato, who said: "A good cat is a dead cat"?
For every cat run-over, lots of song-birds stay alive.

So, did those scratches ever come out?

I second that!:D

JackMan 03-21-2006 06:43 AM

I'm taking the car to a pro to have the scratches buffed out. I'll keep everyone posted, meanwhile the cat, his name is Sox, sleeps the day away having spent the night killing small mammals....

bigchillcar 03-21-2006 08:32 AM

jackman,
you mean you haven't taught the cat the virtue of showing respect to other species? what kind of household are you running! ;)

Yeah, us humans REALLY set the tone for "respect of species" with my Cat Carrier and Free Cat uploads!

Actually the jug of antifreeze is pretty cheap and will usually take care of the whole neighbor hood

speeder 03-21-2006 11:31 AM

Here we go again.....

bigchillcar 03-21-2006 01:30 PM

kqw 03-21-2006 10:23 PM

Cats are very intuitive. They definitely know when they have F**Ked up....

Gunter 03-22-2006 06:32 AM

Out all night hunting? That explains why the poor dear is tired; he will miss his grip again, scratching another part of the car.
And, of course, the bad Kharma from all those little spirits needlessly killed means trouble in the future.
Tell Sox to look both ways before crossing the road; it would be sad to see him end up as a flat, furry pancake.
Let us know how well the scratches come out, please.

dafischer 03-22-2006 06:10 PM

So....you like dead cats, eh? Say hello to my little friend....

And it works even better on stupid people. You don't know where I might find a couple around here?

pwd72s 03-24-2006 06:54 PM

Hurt one of MY pussycats, and your dog vanishes....got it?

snowman 03-24-2006 06:59 PM

You all got it all wrong. First you need 2 cats, not one. Next you tie their tails togather and throw them over a clothesline. Let mother nature take its course.

The other course of action is to put them in a bag, add a few rocks, tie the bag shut and throw it in the local river. Two more "good" cats.

Other good solutions involve dogs, but they get pretty messy.

As to the scratches, well after a proper cat solution, you will not have to worry for a second time.

As for the cat lovers, get a dog and a life.

See I like animals, just not cats.

dafischer 03-24-2006 07:16 PM

You're a class act, Jack.

bigchillcar 03-24-2006 11:26 PM

lol..jack. raise hell. i'm drunk enough to find all that funny as ****. ;)
