Back in the fabalous 90s there were days when I would awake in the mornining turn on CNBC and find myself to be $50,000.00 richer than the night before. Unfortunately for us today those hard assets have had their appreciation run, and it would be a smart move to cash them in and start collecting pieces of paper with Microsoft, Intel, Motorola etc on them... or face the awfull prospect that both the RE and the garage space filled, will be depreciating assets at the same time.

Fortunately for me...I still have a long list of of those pieces of paper with the names that I mentioned above...and that is where the action is gona be in the next few years...Praise be Allah...

Richard - been to the general locale before but never Dana Point. My compnay sends about 7% of the top sales reps to to an all-expense-paid resort for 5 days every year - wives, girl friends and/or mistress' included. Last year was Cabo the year before was South Beach. They even let you bring the kids - this year Nana and Papa are gonna watch them whilst we engage in drunk'n fornication. I'm not in sales but generate the sales farce the tools for them to cap serious. As a spiff I get the knod to party with the fat folk.
