The question becomes where did they acquire the prosthetic testicles (fakes), and were they real ones which aren't cheap and are in sterile packaging, or something much less and very dangerous.

The few times we implanted them were for the same reason women get breast implants after mastectomy, entirely cosmetic.

When we neutered our pooch, the vet asked if we wanted to have implants. They were called "Neutricles"!

For that natural "swing".

Maybe these were what they were using, sterile packaging but much cheaper than those put up for humns I'd bet.
