My FJ has a worthless gauge and no petcock, and I've run it dry twice in a year;idling on the choke can screw the mileage up. I agree, who stole our petcocks...

That bike is flat out gorgeous from the rear or side, but the front 3/4 view, well, I'm just gonna have to adapt to it.

I started laughing at your burns comment. Every time I go in for my 6 month medical, the Doc looks at my right knee and asks "How long has that been there?" It is pavement froma levee road up near Stockton. I got it as I and the bike I was riding went airbourne into the river alongside the road. Then he looks at my shoulder and asks "How long has that been there?" It is a burn from a bike in front of me that blew up on the straight at Willow Springs. A molten piece of the head went into my suit just below the chin strap of my helmet doing a little over a hundred, and by the time I got stopped, it had left a pretty good scar.
