I can't remeber if it was the Long Beach GP or the last F1 race but didn't a couple of pros do something like that in the last few weeks?

Melbourne F1 race: JPM spins (but doesn't run into a wall) and loses his grid position. Only reason he regains grid position is that Fisi stalls on the grid and the start is delayed.
